CardServ is in the business of printing plastic and paper cards and packaging and fulfilling customers orders.

New customers will be required to pay for their first order as cash with order. We accept Credit Cards- Visa, Mastercard and also accept EFT payments. Once this sale has been completed a credit application will be provided and once filled in, returned and checked a Credit Account may be provided. Please note that our terms are 25 days from invoice. A monthly statement is provided.

A credit limit applies to all customers and this is set at various levels depending on the length of time of trading, the previous adherence to terms and other special conditons that may apply.

Delivery of goods does not mean title has transferred and until the goods are paid for title remains with CardServ.

Freight is payable on all goods delivered unless specifically exempted in the quoted price. CardServ is pleased to use your courier on a receiver pays basis.

Every effort is made to deliver goods within the specified time given or to conform to ETAs given but no guarantee that the goods will arrive is warranted. CardServ cannot be responsible for couriers or deliveries and although it carries Marine Transit Insurance this insurance does not indemnify its customers for loss except where the goods are valued in excess of $1000. An excess may be payable by the client to access this insurance.

CardServ guarantees the production of its goods and any fault due to failure of the manufacturing process, or materials. The fault may be rectified by replacement of the goods or similar as determined by the management of CardServ. No warranty for failure of goods is available or implied for use on machines or devices, in switches or where the goods were used in breach of the instructions or for a purpose other than that which the product was designed and intended for. Some products may have a use by date.

Health and Safety Specifications are available and it is advised that these should be kept available as per the requirements of State and Federal Authorities.

CardServ from time to time in the course of business will offer to produce, source or subcontract the production of various products. At no time does CardServ promote or undertake to complete every task in house or without assistance from its strategic partners. CardServ attempts to purchase products on a "benchmarked best price basis in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and China. Our standards for purchase are high so we can guarantee our products accross a wide range of items and applications.
